It all started as a way to combine getting a run in at my favorite micro-brew pub, and now I'd love to expand it further! We'll use this group as a way to do our Iron Springs Pub Runs, both winter and summer, but also to introduce more training runs, both trail and road, both on the streets of San Anselmo, Ross and Fairfax and the trails of Mt. Tam!

It's pretty straightforward. We're a group of people that like to run and have fun! Every Wednesday we meet at a different local bar throughout San Fran, RUN, and always have the end destination be that same bar. If you're in your 20-30s (or just think you can hang) with a fun and outgoing personality looking to meet new people, then come join us! … I like to cook, eat, drink, run, write, and hear interesting stories. I'm looking to have more fun, get into more trouble (somewhat mild, legal kinds only). Focused on the Mission, may venture outside the Mission but frankly why when the Mission has 800,000 bars (please note, this is a figurative observation; the actual number of bars in the mission is only 622,000 - I know, weird that it's such a round number). Potentially could make field trips - like going to the zoo (Marina).
